- The Government of the Republic of Djibouti has signed a donation agreement with the African Development Bank Group (BAD), for the implementation of the program aimed at strengthening resilience in the face of food and nutritional insecurity (brief) in The Horn of Africa (HOA), and intends to use part of the sums granted for this donation to finance the service contract relating to the recruitment of a firm for the technical and environmental study as well as Control and monitoring for the implementation of agricultural, farms and fishery processing units.
