Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Development and Maintenance of IFSI Website, Set up An Online Hub of Training Resources and A Platform for Ongoing Dialogue for The IGAD Foreign Service Institute. the Consultant Will Be Responsible For: The Creation of The Website, the Hub and The Platform the Choice of The Most Appropriate Technical Solution in Coordination with The IFSI Team, the Development of All the Functionalities of The Website, the Hub and The Platform the Graphic Design of The Website, the Hub and The Platform in Consultation with The IFSI Team; Testing and Validation of The Developed Functionalities; Develop the Website, the Hub and The Platform in Two Versions in French and In English. The Intended Start Date Is from March 2022. the Development of The Website, I.E., the Design Component (conception, Design, Implementation Phase of The Application and Test Phase) Must Be Carried out And Be Ready in One-Months- Time Starting from The Date of Signing the Contract. the User Manual Should Be Ready Not Later than Three Months After the Implementation of The Website. Design Phase, Test Phase, Final Phase. the Duration (design, Development, Tests, Deployment, and Training) of The Group Information Platform Is Three (3) Months Maximum (60 Working Days) from The Date Notification of The Selection of The Service Provider. the Intended Start Date Is from April 2022. Design Phase (Framing), Progress Report, Test phase, Final Report. Deadline for requesting clarification from the contracting authority 28.12.2021. Last date for the contracting authority to issue clarification 3.01.2022. Deadline for submitting tenders 15.01.2022.
