Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services: Urban and Technical Studies of the 63 Ha Prevention and Relocation Zone in FARAH-HAD The Republic of Djibouti has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank to cover the cost of the slum upgrading and integrated urban development project in the Djaga-Bouldhouq area (quartier 7), and intends to use part of the sums granted to finance consultancy services: urban and technical studies of the prevention and rehousing zone of 63 ha at FARAH-HAD. Services include: Prepare the development studies (plot plan) of the entire relocation area of 63 Ha, in accordance with the Master Plan for Development and Urbanism of Djibouti (SDAU) and the Urban Development Plan (PAU). Prepare the technical studies (APS-APD and DAO) of the entire relocation area of 63 Ha. The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignment are available at the address below. ARULoS invites firms of eligible Consultants (“Consultants”) to express their interest in providing the above services. Interested Consultants must provide specific information demonstrating that they are fully qualified to perform the services (documentation, reference of similar services, experience under comparable conditions, availability of adequate skills among their staff, etc.).
