Description:
Quotation are invited for Generator Preventive Maintenance Contract. Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Generator Preventive Maintenance Contract. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. System for Award Management (SAM) registration is a requirement for this solicitation. A pre-quotation conference has been scheduled for June 24, 2021, at 10.00 AM. local time at the U.S. Embassy, Multi-Purpose Hall. All attendees must send their name and ID number to djiboutiprocurement@state.gov and cc: akalmh@state.gov at least 24 hours prior to the conference. Quotations are due by 16:00 pm on July 03, 2021 and must submitted electronically to the email: djiboutiprocurement@state.gov and cc: akalmh@state.gov.
