- Country: Djiboutisous The General Directorate of the UNDP program of the Environment of the UNDP, the specialist in the financing of biodiversity ("the specialist") must direct the production of the analysis of biodiversity expenditure (ADB), Levaluation of financial needs (EBF) and support The development of the biodiversity financing plan (PFB) by following the advice provided by the latest version of the Biofin Manual and by setting up detailed data. The specialist in biodiversity financing will also contribute, as far as possible, to all the others national results, including the policies and institutions. The specialist in the financing of biodiversity could also contribute to levaluation and development detailed feasibility details for priority financing mechanisms within the framework of the PFB and production of a summary for political decision -makers. The specialist should contribute to the return on the biofin methodological framework. The specialist will collect, explore and work on national and sub-national budget data and expenditure on biodiversity of Different organizations, agencies, ministries, NGOs and private sector players for the production of ber.
