The Embassy intends to award a PO to vendor that offers best price, for technically acceptable products. Please provide your best and competitive offer along with complete Specification. Method of Evaluation is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Payment will be made by EFT net 30 days in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act and will be processed after receipt of invoice by Financial Management Office and upon receipt, inspection and acceptance of all items included in the purchase order by US Embassy Djibouti.
